For this assignment, we had to follow a tutorial on how to build modular environments using Blueprint Prefabs. I had never used Unreal Engine before (or any real time game engine for that matter), so I was a bit intimidated jumping into a new program, but after the tech art assignment involving populating a scene with pre-built assets and syncing it to Perforce, this seemed a little less daunting.
